DESCRIPTION: This renovation of an existing historic ranch building into a new fishing clubhouse and guesthouse is the centerpiece of the 20-cabin, 300-acre project along the banks of the Gunnison River near Crested Butte. Each cabin is located on a very small site near the river to maximize the ranch open space and respect the rural traditions of the area.
